They never fail to be professional, friendly, trustworthy, and provide outstanding service. I wish I could give them a 10 out of 5! They are that good. I don't trust many people but the crew at Shawnee are extremely trustworthy. Follow their advice/guidance regarding your AC/heat unit and you will never regret it.”

“About a week and an half ago, my a/c all of a sudden stopped cooling. I have a home warranty so I set up an appointment through them and they got someone out the next day to look at it. I was informed that I needed to have the system cleaned before they could do any more diagnostic work and it would be several thousand dollars just for the cleaning. After getting that estimate, my family told me to call Shawnee. I gave it a couple of days and then made the call. Within a few hours, Micah was out at my house, had Freon added to my system, and my house was cool again by the end of the day. Shawnee’s service is excellent, reasonably priced, and they take care of their customers. I will happily call them again with my A/C needs. Thanks guys!”
