“I hadn't seen the reviews before I called Chris. If I had, I may not have gone with his service, but I'm glad I did! I called him on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Explained our HVAC unit had been broken since the year before. He managed to fit us in that afternoon. In less than 20 minutes, he knew exactly what piece was broken, and how much it was going to cost to replace it. (A little under $5,000.) After a discussion about how the warranties work, I was LIVID to discover that if the TWO companies I had out last year to look at it had told me about the warranty existing if it's less than 5 years old (even if unregistered) it could have been taken care of last year! Neither of them bothered to let me know, DESPITE being told exactly when it was replaced. As replacing the broken part would still leave the unit without a warranty, I inquired about a new unit. (All still in within the first 20 minutes.) He had already had an associate price a brand new unit. The cost, plus labor, was just slightly under $6,000, and would have a 10-year warranty once registered! (Last year, one of the companies quoted us $15,000 for our 1100 square foot house!!!) “Okay, SECOND time I've contacted him (Chris Sanders) with repair needs. First time he told me he would call me when he could meet me at lake property (don't live there but would meet him there whenever he called). NEVEF CALLED ... today I called at 6:00 A.M.,June 26, 2025, gave details of lack of air, said he would be here after 4:00 p.m. It's 7:09 and again he is a NO SHOW... A MAN IS AS GOOD AS HIS WORD. Deleting his name and number from my contact list so I NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN... it's be 90+ degrees today and if he couldn't or wouldnt make it then have the common dignity to say you just need to call some one else! Now it's Friday, so we are without air until in extreme hest until Monday when I can find someone else ... NEVER AGAIN!!!”
