“I have been using Borden for several years now for all my HVAC needs. I was recommended by word of mouth from a neighbor, which is always a good sign. I appreciate how punctual, considerate, and friendly everyone I’ve encountered has been, from the technicians to the office manager. It is also easy to schedule, and they even send helpful reminder calls for my seasonal maintenance contract. They’ve always had replacement filters with them that fit my systems and I never feel that they are price gouging me. Overall smooth, reliable, personable, affordable quality service!”

“I’ve been using Matt Borden for over 20 years. In that time, they replaced my AC unit twice, once because it failed due to age and another time because a tree branch fell on it. Both times, installation was seamless. On all regular service intervals, they have been professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and an absolute dream to work with! “Always so impressed with Borden. We have a new-to-us home and a rather mysterious HVAC system. This past fall, afree another local company called my system “cheap” and refused to come to my house when I was postpartum without AC, a friend suggested Borden. Juan came out and spent a lengthy amount of time teaching us about our system and thermostat, cleaned our unit (vacuumed cobwebs!!) and showed SO much empathy and kindness.
