“These guys always show up quickly when we need them and do a great job! They’re honest, reliable, and more reasonably priced than most. Their receptionist is always so friendly and helpful too! We ended up needing a new system and they managed to get it done in just one day. We totally trust them with our HVAC and would recommend them to anyone!”

“RUN FROM SIMMONS!! We hired Simmons AC with an annual maintenance contract so that they would come twice a year to maintain our AC and Heating system. The technician came and did a few things, checked every item on the receipt as done and left. Turns out he should have cleaned our drain line (by the receipt he marked as done), coils, and inspected our drain pan, among other items. The Tech checked it as done, but didn’t even take a look at the inside unit. We called another HVAC guy and he found that the coils were full of mold, and that our drain line clogged resulting in $43.6k in damages. Our ductwork got flooded, our subfloors and joists are water damaged, insulation is damaged, drywall is now moldy… We called Simmons and they did not offer to even come to take a look. They are unwilling to work with us to fix the damages, and have forced us to file a complaint with the state of Texas, and to file legal action if the state finds them at fault (which they should). Simmons even lied to the state agent when contacted saying that we refused them to come and take a look. Thankfully, the agent checked with us and we told them that it’s not true. I will keep this review updated as the case progresses. In the meantime, I cannot recommend Simmons as they were not honest about the work performed and they left us with a huge mess to fix”

“Bobby was great. He came on a hot Saturday evening and repaired our AC within 30 min. Definitely recommend!!!”

“I called about noon because a/c had stopped working during the night. They told me they would be here this afternoon. They showed up within 30 minutes. The two guys were very courteous and explained to me what they were doing. I am really pleased with with the response time. More than that, both the young men were very respectful and professional. I recommend Simmons for all your air conditioning needs. Finally an honest and fair company.”

The two techs that arrived were extremely knowledgeable and took pride in their work. I would tell anyone needing service to use this place. I won’t ever use anyone but Simmons.”
