I called Claiborne today at 2:35pm and they arrived within an hour. Mr. Garrett probed areas that we thought was the sources of the leak , NOT! And he found the true source, repaired it, and mapped out a permanent fix so this will not happen again. He not only cleaned up the areas, but removed and disposed of the water damaged drywall. Kevin worked with me on some hoops that I had to go through on my end that he was not obligated to do. “DO NOT use this company if you need your A/C fixed. The 1st technician diagnosed a problem, said they’d email us and never did. After going back & forth for 2 weeks, another tech came out & diagnosed a different issue. 3 weeks and almost $500 later; our A/C is still broken. This company is terrible about following up to complete the service, but very prompt with requesting payment.”
