“2 years of work under Dynaenergetics. This place seems like an amazing job until you realize just how bad it is. 5 days a week with 2 mandatory saturdays, 3 mandatory if the month has 5 saturdays in it. That would be fine, I'd they compensated you with actual paid time off (pto) or longer holidays/more holidays. Balance the off time. Yeah, they don't. You'll spend 85% of your time here or sleeping. I'd better hope you didn't have friends or family and actually wanted to spend time with them. Get fooled! You are grunt work, and when you lag behind or can't keep up with the insane demand? Lol, get laid off or fired. The pay isn't bad until you realize you spend none of your money because you are always here. What's that? Unable to drive? Urgent life maters come up? 2 points, and we take any pto up to 8hrs to "cover" you. 2 points is a bit too, seeing 10 points, and you get fired. The pto is generous, though, right? Nope. 4 hours for two weeks of work. That. Is. Asinine. The workers can be both the highlight and detriment to this job, older sweet people that know this place is horrible but to scared to give up the flimsy security it offers. The bad ones make this place insufferable. People will put their nose in your business and report you for just doing something they don't like. The overachievers are insufferable. Do what you love, but they go around bragging about doing more than everyone. Enjoy that raised qouta with no raise! Everything you ever wanted, I bet. And they have to keep it up since this company tosses people like they are easily replaced (This place is a revolving door more than a job). HR will fire you while they are cozy in their beds on a Zoom call. They are hard to get in contact with and not helpful at all. Your supervisor and HR will tell you to go ask the other. Management is utterly redundant and useless half the time, with only 3rd shift Whitney team lead being the only one you should rely on. You know who you are, and you made life there 1000% better. You deserve so much more than this horrid company does to you. Safety. You guys are the most incompetent team I've ever in my life. These "safety" people should be fired. They impose changes that stick no longer than three weeks (their longest record is a month, only once, though). No one likes them or their useless changes that are a waste of money. Maintenance? Dear God. They try their best (sometimes). Most are the laziest people I've ever met, and they all seemingly hate their job. The ones that try, they are working with rocks and sticks to fix complex machines and their important insides. Go through some of their machines. You will find parts that are meant to be bolted down. Held by ZIPTIES, AND TAPE. this company uses your labor, and over time, to spend money. God knows where to because it's not to fix the machines, and it shows. When they expect quality and quantity, they sure don't put the money in to keep it up. Have fun with scrap you can't control! I finish it off with this. If you are terminated from this company, you can not come back. Only that may be a lie, word from the grape vine is. If you, for some reason, reapply to this horrid company after they fire you. They will rehire if you delete bad reviews! Isn't that just wonderful? There is much more that I've seen/ heard other reviews are 100% with here. This place is a dumpster fire. I am eagerly awaiting this company to fail and close down. TL;DR: This company is the equivalent of flaying yourself. Anywhere is better than this place.”
