“J.R. Services came out to fix a leak under my house in February. They were here for an hour and a half. Charged us $714.05 which only $100 was for materials. They told us they fixed the problem and to leave the underpinning off the house so that the water could dry up. Our water bill has been higher ever since. The water never dried up. Turns out there’s still a leak. Now they want to charge an additional $300 just to come check it.”

“I had a good experience with JR Services. My water heater thermostat went bad. They gave me the information on replacing the thermostat in my old water heater versus buying a new water heater. With that education I decided to replace the thermostat. The job went great and I now have hot water. The customer service was great. Some other plumbers get bad attitudes when working through challenges but JR services was professional and explained everything to me.”

“The owner of this company also owns a rent house next to the house we're renting. They have been tearing out trees and tearing up our fence in the process. They have damaged a gate that is completely on our property, and they are taking out fences that don't belong to them. They damaged the fence so that we couldn't let our dogs out until they came to fix it. No regard for the people living around their house. If this is how they do business, I'm not surprised that they have so many 1 star reviews. Would not recommend having anything to do with them.”

“Today I made an appointment for J.R. Services to unclog my sewer line, they were not able to keep the set time, I received a courtesy call explaining why they might be late and they asked my permission to be late. They did show up at the 2nd appoingtment time ( which was only 30 min. later). They had reasonable prices, were prompt, professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions with knowledge, I can say I was truly impressed, I will be using them for a future project.”

“Had them come out and “fix” a hot water heater. By the next day it had broken again. I called them back multiple times to come fix the problem again. They said they would, but never did, so I got a different plumber to fix their mistake. Still, they had the audacity to try and bill me for work they didn’t do right the first time. I won’t be a repeat customer.”
