Climate Control Heating & Air Inc

Climate Control Heating & Air Inc works out of Hot Springs National Park, TX on HVAC projects for homes and small businesses around the area. They keep their shop at 4836 Park Ave and handle calls for air conditioning and heating repairs along with related equipment work. The crew manages installations and routine checks on systems that must stand up to the local swings between heavy summer heat and winter cold snaps. Folks in town deal with dust buildup in ducts and sudden failures on older units, so the company stays ready with 24 hour response when a breakdown hits during the worst weather. They also cover generators and basic drain issues that tie into HVAC setups.

In this part of Texas the summers run long and hot so air conditioning repairs make up a big part of the daily workload with techs swapping compressors or cleaning coils on units that run nonstop. Winters bring furnace tune ups and duct fixes to stop heat loss through leaks. The team shows up with the right parts and tools to finish jobs without dragging things out over multiple days and they handle maintenance plans that catch small problems before they turn into full replacements. Homeowners face high humidity that clogs filters fast and power outages that knock out whole systems so quick generator tie ins and emergency visits keep things running when it counts most.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through tough seasons without constant callbacks and the pricing stays straight without surprise add ons. Speed on service calls and clear talk about what needs fixing stand out in feedback along with solid results on quality and cost control. DIRT Score 4.68 from 102 reviews on Finds.

“Climate Control was at our house in less than an hour after calling them. Our a/c had stopped delivering cold air. In July. In only about 30 minutes after arriving, our system was working again and beautifully so. We really appreciate Climate Control’s attentiveness and ability to get us up and running again so quickly.”

“They will not give you a breakdown of the price of how much they charge for labor how much they charge for a part so the part that was used in my AC was like $100 part but yet my bill came up over $800 some dollars and when I asked for detail bill they don't do that which a customer should be entitled to a detailed bill”

“After YEARS of battling our home air conditioning unit, ours sputtered its last breath. We called several places to come give us a quote. We had a couple call back (most didn’t even bother doing that). We had a couple show up (those were from Benton) and give us quotes. Then we called Climate Control. Climate Control answered their phone, showed up when they said they would AND were much cheaper than the other guys. They were quick to order the unit and get us back up and running. The air conditioning in our house is cooler and quieter than it has been in years. We also feel good because we supported local. Thank you Jason East for running a great company with standards that are hard to find in today’s world.”

“Awesome!!! Showed up 3 hours after I called and fixed issues.”

“Professional and quality work! It was hot and my A/C stopped working. It was miserable and I wasn't sure which Heat & Air company to use. This company ended up being recommended to me. They were able to repair my A/C on the same day I called! I'm so Thankful to Climate Control Heating & A/C for working me into their busy schedule. My unit has not had any problems since the repair. Because of your kindness and professionalism along with the high quality work, your company now has a lifetime customer. Thank you!”
