MCGREW HEATING AND AIR SERVICES INC.

MCGREW HEATING AND AIR SERVICES INC. runs as a straight HVAC outfit based in Hot Springs National Park. They handle heating and cooling work for homes across the Hot Springs area and nearby spots in Arkansas. The company takes on air conditioner repair along with furnace jobs and regular maintenance to keep systems moving through the local conditions. Hot summers bring heavy humidity that loads up cooling equipment while winter dips can hit older heating units hard so these techs stay busy with the everyday demands that come from the weather and older home stock in the region.

Their daily work covers central air conditioner repair when units break down from constant use plus furnace repair for systems that fail to start on cold mornings. Maintenance calls often involve checking coils filters and airflow to stop small issues from turning into full breakdowns on heat and air setups. Homeowners in this spot regularly deal with AC units struggling against moisture buildup or uneven cooling in larger houses so the crew focuses on getting those fixed fast without extra parts swaps unless truly needed. They also handle heat and ac tune ups that keep central heating and air conditioning units running steady through the changing seasons.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crew shows up on time gets the job done right the first time and charges what the work actually costs without padding bills. Feedback points to solid speed on repair calls clear updates during the job and results that hold up after the tech leaves. Quality shows in fewer callbacks on the same units while price stays competitive for the area. DIRT Score 4.95 from 306 reviews on Finds.

“The level of service I received was above and beyond. I’m the person that wants to understand, so I ask many questions. With patience and ability to explain, Jerrod and Ryan, helped me understand what was happening, why it needed repaired, and how to best maintain my unit for the future. I feel the repair was half, the education the other of my service. Thank you guys. Top notch.”

“We had an HVAC System replaced in our home last year. The owner, Jerrod, is phenomenal. He took time to explain everything to me and was so patient with me during the process of deciding what company to go with and what system to go with. Being able to speak with the actual owner and have them take so much time to ensure I was well informed spoke volumes to me. Not only were they competitively priced but they corrected errors that the initial contractors did (another company was just going to swap out the units and didn’t take into consideration the things McGrew and an additional company I spoke with mentioned were recommended). I felt comfortable proceeding with him due to me feeling confident in the fact he will stand behind his work. I had annual maintenance done and had in issue the ”
