“Within 10 minutes of calling I received a call back from a tech who was at my house within a half hour. Bradley Scantling was able to identify the problem quickly and astutely, replacing the necessary part with as much speed as Knox did in responding to my service call. Furthermore, I asked if he could change out a thermostat that I’ve wanted to update for sometime and he was able to accommodate on the spot. We went from a unit that couldn’t keep up with the rising temperatures to being cool again in less than two hours from the time I called until the time Brad left. Great, great service.”
