“One Hour Air come out yesterday to repair our air conditioner we were charged nearly $1000 for two separate parts unrelated to each other. Our issue was the air would work sporadically if turning it off for 30 minutes it would work again but only for a short time. The tech guy said those parts were the problem, he installed new parts, turned it on and it worked but for the same short 30 minute window of time and quit again. But the tech was long gone after we discovered the problem had not been fixed at all. Hottest time of summer trying to sleep in 88 degrees inside was not fun. It’s Friday afternoon I called the office back asking for them to return but was told no one could come till Monday and we would have to go the whole weekend. I was very upset just spent $1000 on parts I didn’”

“Within the past year we moved our HVAC service contract to One Hour Heat & Air. During a recent semiannual service call our technician Brad noticed some issues with the way our system was installed (by another company) and the UV germicidal light we purchased with same installation was not installed. Brad completed the service call and we scheduled to have the corrections made and UV light installed today. Brad contacted me prior to arrival and completed the job in a timely manner.
