“One star is too many for what my family experience with this unreliable company😡 My warranty company sent this company to my home to repair one of my air conditioning units. A month later they not only made the matter worse, they sabotaged the second unit and said we will have to request another company because they couldn’t fix it. Without air in Houston 1 whole month… This is an unprofessional company!!! Inexperience workers, not reliable, don’t respond to your calls, and not honest. Thank God I still have a home. The new company showed my husband and I all of the mistakes that were made, even one major which could have cost a fire in our home… RUN…. Take your business elsewhere!!!🙂‍↕️”

“UPSALE MODEL. Everything is verified with proof. They came out 4 times and couldn’t figure out how to fix my AC. Water dripping into emergency drain pan. House is less than 10 years old. All they did was sell me on an unnecessary line clean. Not to mention they didn’t even clean up after clearing the line. After, they claim it was plumbing issue and couldn’t fix it. This is logically and physically is incorrect. A different HVAC company came out and fixed it in one visit. This is the most irresponsible and incompetent HVAC company in town. Completely clueless. Bumbling idiots.”
