My first red flag was overhearing another customer explaining that they just recently got their license to inspect vehicles back, which after seeing their other shady tactics I can assume it was previously stripped for forging inspections. After being told it would take 30 minutes to check my brakes to get a quote, it took them only 20 minutes, which impressed me. Then they sat around for another hour before finally getting a quote, knowing their prices are way too high, but making sure it was too late to go to a different shop before closing. Absolutely shady and horrible business practices”
