“Kool Dream is a lovely salon tucked away in an outdoor mini-mall setting. It's spacious inside and very clean. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly and you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while you wait. The stylists are very professional and friendly. You can tell they have built up a loyal clientele with the hugs they receive before and after service. They provide coffee and water as will ad a small biscuit while you're being tended to which is very nice when you're receiving colour treatment and have to sit while it processes. They offer a big variety of services and have an area for manicures and pedicures as well. No matter which day of the week I go it's busy so I definitely recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. Sometimes I have to book 3 months out for my stylist so if you find a favourite definitely ask the receptionist about their next appointment opening to ensure you maintain your preferred schedule.”

“I've visited this salon a couple of times but I'm not going back, even if I live really close by. Everyone is very kind but my last two experiences were very bad. I did makeup once for a wedding and I literally had to go home and wash my face. The woman had absolutely no idea how to do makeup, so I didn't even bother in asking her to correct it, because it was just all wrong... really thick layers of foundation, black lines under my eyes, nothing looked well... when I got out of the room I could tell everyone at the salon looked at me feeling pity. Very disappointing experience, especially when I paid costly for the service because I wanted to look nice )-: Second experience was with botox hair treatment, which I had already done before. The first time they used a white product on my hair, but the second time, I was surprised to see the product was blue. When asking the hairdresser, he said it was better... which was not the case. It left my hair in really bad shape. Heavy and rigid, and it really damaged it. Sad to say I'm not going back. I've seen other reviews and the replies from Kool Dream are really rude.. I just hope they can use this feedback to improve and avoid anyone else having bad experiences as I did.”

Desde o primeiro momento, foi evidente uma falta de comunicação clara e profissional. O ambiente revelou-se desorganizado, pouco orientado ao cliente e sem qualquer preocupação em compreender de forma adequada o pedido apresentado. Fui bastante objetiva ao explicar o que pretendia: um serviço simples de disfarce de raiz. Ainda assim, não senti qualquer esforço da vossa parte para alinhar expectativas ou detalhar o serviço proposto. Para além disso, solicitei um orçamento prévio — algo básico e essencial — e fui confrontada com um valor de 200€, completamente desproporcional face ao serviço descrito, sem qualquer justificação transparente ou detalhada. Não pedi balayage nem magia no meu cabelo. Este tipo de abordagem transmite falta de rigor, pouca seriedade e uma preocupante ausência de ética comercial. Um cliente não deve, em momento algum, sentir desconfiança ou falta de clareza num serviço desta natureza. Neste caso seria um novo cliente. Lamento profundamente a experiência e considero que situações como esta prejudicam a credibilidade do vosso espaço. Espero que esta mensagem sirva para reflexão e melhoria dos vossos processos de atendimento, comunicação e transparência.
