“We needed our entire HVAC unit replaced but my work schedule is a difficult one to work around. I scheduled 3 quotes from local companies but unfortunately I could not be present for any one of them and the information relayed to me was difficult to understand. Kyle originally spoke to my husband who tried his best to relay all the information to me, but still I had many questions. Kyle then agreed to meet with us on the weekend, and on another occasion very late in the evening to make sure all my questions could be answered. His knowledge and explanation of the repairs needed made me feel completely comfortable doing business with him and the entire ARMS Company! Kyle offered the best deal in town and made himself available to us throughout the entire process (even with my odd hours)! He treated us like family and I'm so thrilled that our paths crossed. “03-09-2023 update - ARMS Air Conditioning and Heating again hits it out of the ball park and doesn’t rest on it’s laurels. No business can stay open for decades without hiring very capable people and capital investment in tools, technology and training. I call it the 3 T business model. My tenants complained that the smaller bedrooms had inadequate air flow. I learned more about HVAC systems from Kyle than graduating from Cal Poly SLO when I aced Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics. All issues addressed and plan on scheduling more services this Spring 2023 at my other rental property in NE Merced. Videos and photos demonstrate the magic performed.
