Our heater went out during this severe cold snap (actually went down on a holiday a week before and they serviced it the same day) and while we were watching for parts failure in 3 different places, one finally went out. I called the AM of the severe cold, and Ryan sent Frank out immediately. Frank diagnosed the part and had it ordered within an hour. Frank came out this AM and put it in taking about 10 minutes to check things and complete the instillation.
