“(1) Tech was just out of a 3 month training course and should not have done maintenance services alone. (2) Tech did not know how to balance air flow. (3)Tech added $450 of freon to unit that was cooling very well, but made no attempt to determine location of and fix leak (If there was a leak). (3) Blower cover fell off of unit several days later and scared my wife half to death. (4) Tech would not service second AC unit due to space constraints (AC unit had been serviced numerous times over 35 yr period. Service was in Humble, TX on 22 Sept”

“I would not recommend them as a business. They are poor with communication, keeping and providing records, and keeping track of scheduled services. If you are required to have a service plan by your landlord covering HVAC I strongly advise against using this company.”
