“Yes they originally sold me a Daikin system and installed it. That experience was great but now with follow-up service, it has been a horrible experience. 3 years later, the A/C will not cool to set temperature. Airtronics tech came out twice, did nothing to really troubleshoot the problem. They simply cleaned out some debris around the a/c outside and charged me $250. They never told me their rate at the time of scheduling. I thought I still had warranty left from my purchase. Had I known, I would have call American Home Shield to send out a service call. Since I was not home and my daughter was, I asked for pictures, he did not share any pictures. How do I know if he really did anything to justify this charge?? Still the A/C is not cooling and now they will not answer my call or call me back after several attempts to call them. I know there's a problem with the system. I have a 12-year warranty so why are they not calling Daikin for guidance on what to look for???? I was told by the tech that the service he performed and changed me is warranty for 6 months. Now they won't come back out???? I called Daikin and they indicated Airtronics is not a certified Daikin Pro contractor. I now have to call another company to come out to look at what is wrong. I don't recommend Airtronics if they are not responsive to the customer after sale and installation!!! With the certified Daikin Pro technician, I was informed Airtronics did not install the power source properly and did not install the side panel. More issues I have to address through Daikin reporting Airtronics for this issues. I still strongly recommend a Daikin A/C. They are the most efficient and quiet system I've ever had. since install I have not had more than a $300 (in Aug) monthly electricity bill until 2023 with the unusually high temperature.”
