“I have a brand new house with bad airflow problem and mold started at one register Crystal and Jesse both working for Alpine Air did an excellent job resolving the issue and I recommend them to do any install that you have or Service they deserve a five star for me. This service is all covered under warranty, and they made a great effort to resolve it”

“We built our brand new house and moved in 2021. We have had no stop issues since moving in with our air conditioning. The rest of our house has been perfect. Over the last two years we now have 6 water spots on our ceiling from our air conditioning in the attic not being done correctly (per the technician). They did not raise our air conditioning up off the floor so it lays there and soaks through the ceiling. Over the last month, I have called to have a technician come out (which they did) but I had to schedule a time for them to come back. At that time the technician put in the service as “stat” and said they would get it done right away. Well now a month and a half later we have more water spots, have called over 5+ times to get someone out here to fix it, and no one has been. I am planning on scheduling a service with another air conditioning company (EVEN THOUGH WE ARE WITHIN OUR WARRANTY WITH ALPINE AIR) and sending them the bill. If they would come out, make it right, and move on this post never would have to be put up but we are over it and our brand new home will have to have 6 water spots fixed due to their poor service and care. Do. Not. Recommend.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Alpine Air has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, the experience was a disaster. Communication was inconsistent, service was sloppy, and follow-through was non-existent. They missed scheduled appointments without notice, left the issue unresolved, and had the audacity to charge as if they’d done quality work. What’s worse? When I tried to follow up, I was met with attitude, excuses, and an alarming lack of accountability. I’ve never seen such disregard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—run far away from Alpine Air. There are plenty of reputable HVAC companies out there. This one is NOT it.”
