“I highly recommend Dr. Murillo. He and his NP, Leah, took great care of me from my first visit through to the last. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I decided to do a bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP reconstruction. When I met with Dr. Murillo the first time, he listened to my story, was very empathetic and asked questions to get an idea of what I wanted/expected the outcome to be. He was very honest and told me what I could reasonably expect. He went over several different options but did not push in any direction. During my hospital stay he came by at the same time each day, which I appreciated. (It is nice to know when he will be there in case you have family or anyone who would like to be there during his visit.) Post-operatively I did have a few hurdles with incisions but with this type of surgery that is fairly common. Either he or Leah would respond to my emails in a timely manner. (I even emailed around midnight one night and it was answered by 3:00am. Do they ever sleep?!) My results have been nothing short of amazing. His entire office staff is just as friendly and accommodating. I had my last post-op visit about a month ago and I actually got teary eyed leaving his office. By the time my reconstruction was complete I felt that I had gained new friends.”

“I’d love to start off by saying he is the best doctor you can trust. From start to finish he listens he notate if you are not sure what you’re seeking he will give you every option there is for example I went in for a prophylactic double breast mastectomy, and I went in there, and I gave him every single pinpoint of what I was looking for and he was actually impressed that I did some homework. He has the best bedside manner. He is just so kind he’s compassionate and he will go above and beyond and any medical situation that you’re in need for. His staff is Absolutely amazing. They call back they actually respond. They are so helpful and that alone in an office setting can be troublesome so it is a great relief that they have their office. Completely solid proof from beginning to end surgeries were super quick and easy with Jan so you will not go wrong and trust them for whether it’s cancer related prophylactic or just any type of argument Or any other surgery that he provides under his office.”

“After years of not being able to breath for years I finally got the courage to see a doctor. Dr Murillo and the whole staff are amazing. They make you feel at home. I just had my breast reduction surgery last week. Through the time leading up to it I had a ton of questions, Leah was amazing and never lead me to believe I was bothering her. Also, Elsie who takes care of insurance was amazing. My surgery was denied and Dr. Murillo and Leah wrote a letter. I did as well and I was approved. No one in the office gave up.
