“Companies, please, please read these reviews before adding ArchimedesRX to your insurance policy. I've spent hours on the phone with them each week just trying to get the actual medication my doctor prescribed over a month ago. I can't imagine how horrible this experience is for people who depend specialty meds to survive. There is such a breakdown in communication there. I'm not kidding when I say I spend at least two hours on the phone every time I try to get the situation sorted. What SHOULD be very simple has been made complicated by this "business." I'm wondering if this place is even legit at this point and wish we had an option not to work with them. Companies, if you care about your business and your employees, please, please skip this terrible company. ArchimedesRX is a shining example of one of the many, many broken pieces of American healthcare.”

“Absolutely the worst company ever. I was told that there would be no issues when my company switched to Them. I have been out of medication for 2 weeks. It’s been pending for 2 weeks now with a rush and still has not been resolved. Absolutely horrible service. The staff I have spoken to all have been super helpful. Hopefully my company will switch to a different company. If I could put a negative star i definitely would.”

“We have recently had this company added to our benefits and it has been the absolute WORST experience!!!! Companies BE WARNED before you on board this for your employees! We cannot get a hold of anyone, neither can our oncologists office. When you call to ask questions, you get an automated service, and no one ever calls you back. If you want your employees health care taken seriously, life saving medicine put forward as a priority, open communication for employees and their physicians, easily approved paperwork, and an overall great experience… DO NOT use this company. We’ve left weeks worth of voicemails, so has our oncology team…. No communication in return.”

“If your company is considering ArchimedesRX, I urge you to think twice. While they claim to streamline medication management, my experience has been the opposite delays, confusion, and unnecessary stress. They don’t choose your deductible or coverage, but they do control how quickly (or slowly) you get your medicine. In my case, I went five months without essential treatment because they assumed metformin was enough. My doctor, whose credentials I can see on the wall prescribed differently. But ArchimedesRX seemed to think they knew better. Communication is painfully slow. They won’t call you; they’ll mail a letter. If you need help quickly, good luck. The people on the phone don’t have access to coverage info, so they’ll tell you to go back to your doctor and resubmit prescriptions again and again. It’s a waste of your doctor’s time and a drain on their ability to help other patients. Every change in your prescription means another pre-authorization. It’s a bureaucratic loop that puts patients last. They say they care about your health, but their actions say otherwise. I debated writing this review, but I hope it helps even one company reconsider partnering with ArchimedesRX. If you hear your employer is looking into them, speak up. Your health shouldn’t be managed by a system that treats delays and denials as strategy.”

“If I could give this a 0 start I would!! I need help getting a refill because I am going on vacation. Two day waiting on the phone,3rd day finally a call back . Ticket created with urgent. 4th day the pharmacy has nothing and cannot release because insurance hasn’t done anything. 5th start all over. Someone needs accountability. I’m asking for assistance and they keep saying I have to wait to hear back from them. Can you imagine? I 100%distrust and dislike this company. CEO is getting a letter next and I’ll keep fighting this crap! Unreal!”
