“They were called out to service a unit (for a mutual client that we share) that they're one of two authorized companies to work on. The next availability is several weeks out, which is understandable. The problem was her attitude, rudeness and lack of customer service. She was short and aggressive with responses, and when asked if she could do anything to schedule our client sooner, she said I could call someone else if I wanted to. Being an "exclusive dealer" deserves a higher standard of customer service, especially when being required by high-end appliances manufacturers.”
