The owner, Mr. Clay, quickly and consistently communicated with me from the first time I contacted him. Richard, one of the team members, was very nice and he thoroughly diagnosed the situation and communicated everything to me, along with showing me what was causing the issue and what was needed to fix it. He then proceeded to fix it, checked everything thoroughly after the fix to make sure it was running properly and made some additional recommendations for future maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Customer service was great, communication was timely, and work was done with quality. I highly recommend using Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs!”
