“Benson's was recommended by our good friend ( who is a master mechanic and ONLY allows Benson's to touch his vehicles if he doesn't have time)... we are new to the area having moved from another part of our great state of Texas and establishing our trusted vendors and locations as we have purchased our home here. We have found our mechanics! The entire experience... from initial phone call to ask what the estimate might be for our repairs, to me driving our repaired vehicle back home was outstanding. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning... had a conversation with a lady waiting on her repairs and she was absolutely on Team Benson's (our vehicle was pulled into the bay as I was awaiting the shuttle)...called me back with required repairs and estimate in a couple hours (and they were PACKED)... could have taken advantage and claimed more repairs but they were honest and only repaired what was necessary (Front brakes and rotors "look like new, won't need to change them")... back home early that afternoon. They are extremely communicative, and HONEST. We will not go anywhere else and have no reservations whatsoever recommending these hard working and wonderful professionals to anyone looking for assistance getting their vehicle(s) back on the road safely. The day was typically Texas hot, and armpit humid, and they were not slowing down... great work ethics from everyone there. Miguel, the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and a great conversationalist as well. Highly Recommend Aaron and his entire team!”

“Awesome. Professional. Great Shop to go to. It is hard for me to be impressed these days, so this deserves a review. I went in this week, for the first time, after a recommendation from a friend. The staff here is kind, friendly, fast, and most of all knowledgeable. I saw them interact with 5 different people over the 2 days and they are courteous and energetic to talk with customers. They diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that would have become 3 issues (water pump leak and coolant leak on belts, wheel Brake and rotors that were causing a vibrational wear in the star bushing in Toyota's). They diagnosed all issues and fixed everything in a day (I thought it would take 3). I highly recommend this shop.”

“1st time here great service, 1 thing I really liked about this place when I called to ask for a quote on a service I was told it was needed and how I knew it was need . Issac took the call and told me 1st we are gonna inspect the car and if is really needed we work on it. That’s exactly what made me feel very comfortable about this place . Since it was a pricy job they didn’t want get my money If it wasn’t need . On the top of that since I didn’t have ride back to pick up my car. They provided me with pick up ride to take me to their shop . Isn’t this awesome! I do appreciate so much your help taking care of my car today. “Son took his car in 3 separate times for the same issue. I can't prove they test drove the car, but I highly doubt it. Each time they said the fixed the issue. His car is still acting the same way. He needs it taken care of so he can start the process to the military. So that is on hold again to find a honest place to fix his car. So much for trusting your mechanic.”

“I have a 2013 Ford explorer that was making a terrible squeaking noise when I would drive it. I had 2 different mechanics tell me it had different problems and as a single mom the prices they were giving me were way out of my budget. This weekend I had to load up my kids and go out of town for a family emergency. On Thursday I called and spoke to Tyson and asked how much to diagnose the problem. He asked me what was going on and I told him. He said to bring it by and they would look at it. On Friday morning I stopped by and explained I basically just wanted to make sure it was safe to make the trip with my kids. They took it right in and about 15 minutes later he came back in and said I've got great news. Your back bushings just needed some grease. They greased it up for me handed me my keys and said not only is it safe it's no longer squeaking. I was almost in tears. We made the trip and got home safely. Plus there is no more embarrassment because it was loud. This company has been in business forever and I see why. Great honest people. When I worked for the local cab company many years ago this was the only company we used for our fleet and I had forgotten about them but they will forever have my business from now on.
