“Thought I was going to have a better experience than previous company. Everything seemed to be going well. They quickly confirmed the appointment telling me it was going to be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. I called to check as I hadn't heard anything she stated that the technician was stuck on another call and would be here by 8:30 it is now 8:50 I have called several times several different numbers and I have text messaged and I have heard nothing. It's going to be another hot night in my house unfortunately for the 2nd night...it's 84⁰ in this Texas heat 🥵. I would have appreciated the communication but have not heard anything but at 9 pm I get a text that they canceled the appointment. No phone call or anything or the professional thing would have been to tell me that they weren't going to be able to work on it today and they will get me first thing in the morning. But none of that I just got a text through my home warranty that they canceled. Not very professional”

Their technician replaced my fully warrantied Coleman condenser fan motor with a cheap aftermarket universal motor instead of processing the manufacturer warranty correctly. They also failed to leave me with my original OEM motor, and later claimed they no longer had it — costing me a $400 warranted part. Another licensed HVAC technician confirmed the original motor should have been returned to the supplier for proper warranty replacement. Instead, I was left with a lower-quality universal motor that is not manufacturer original equipment. Very unprofessional experience. Make sure you get all removed warranty parts back before the technician leaves.”
