“Roy did the HVAC work on our post-fire rebuild in 2016-2017 and has provided our routine seasonal maintenance servicing and warranty replacements ever since. We have 2 HVAC systems for upstairs and downstairs, respectively. He has been very easy to work with and is always responsive to texts. His pricing has been honest, fair, and competitive. I recommend Bird Refrigeration.”

“My wife and I hired this company to install a new HVAC unit in January of 24. They came in and installed some new parts, not everything they quoted us for, for instance the plenum was supposed to be replaced and was not. The company informed us of our warranties on the new unit. They were not very communicative to begin with but after the job was done, they ignored multiple phone calls, texts and emails about getting our receipt and warranty information. In June I noticed water leaking from the wall in our guest bathroom directly under the HVAC unit. I went into the attic and the drip pan had flooded with water and had not been drained toward the drain lines. I used a wet vacuum to suck out the water and placed bricks under the drip pan to drain the water toward the drain lines. We looked in our hall closet below the HVAC unit and mold had already begun to grow. My wife informed the Bird company of the situation, he inspected the unit and admitted to multiple faults in the instillation of the unit, he then offered to have his contractors remove the drywall and cover up the issue. Due to the extensiveness of the mold and having a small child we decided we were going to have a mold inspection company inspect the mold, when my wife told Roy Bird this he began to yell, curse and verbally assault her. A Police report was then made by my wife. We have now been out of our home for going on 5 months and are working toward repairing our home.”
