“Ashlee Garza (Manager) and Belkys Mazariego are always attentive and prompt to resolve any issues or be sure that tenants have what they need. They keep us inform of all repairs and news in the building.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would have. I am a small business owner and I was contracted by there Cleveland office which as of 2/4/26 has been purchased by another company. However in the years time if holding this contract my monthly payment would be late causing me issues with payroll. (Thank God my staff was understanding) However the most unprofessional and unethical thing they have done was to sell the building with no notice to the vendors and then not paying for the time that we worked under their ownership. I have been going back and forth since 2/5/26 with this company about an invoice. I have been told by one person that it would be taken care of and today 1 and 1/2 months later I am still fighting for my money. It’s rather sad that a large corporation would take advantage of a small business in this manner. This all on the heels of cleaning a building since 9/2025 with 5 floors and no working elevator. The way my team has shown their dedication to a company that in the end they showed us just exactly how they cared about the low man on the totem pole”
