After calling multiple vendors who weren’t willing to come due to the holidays, Lloyd came literally within minutes of us calling! “Pure bait-and-switch. Absolute rip-off! I wish I could give Bright Star HVAC zero stars. They are the definition of unprofessional. I called them out for a specific issue, and they gave me a reasonable-sounding estimate over the phone. However, once the technician arrived and finished the job, the final bill was almost double the original quote due to a bunch of "hidden fees" and unapproved charges that were never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, when I called their office to clarify the massive price jump, the customer service was incredibly rude and defensive. They completely take advantage of people who are stuck in an emergency situation. Do yourself a favor and call a different company that actually has integrity.
