“Do not use them. They scheduled a tech for my emergency call and agreed on the rate. Their tech got stuck on another job and said he will get to my location after 4PM. Instead of apologizing that their tech will be late they said since it is after 4 PM and they will charge me overtime rate. When i disagreed, they canceled my appointment.”
