He's come out multiple times since then as I have questions or concerns to represent the work he does (even in the off-hours). Very cost-effective too. “Called Dean at 9:15 pm, was on the phone for a couple minutes, he said he would be right over. Less than 15 minutes later he was in front of my house. His thoughts conveyed on the phone of the problem turned out to be accurate. 15 minutes later my unit was running and cooling down the house. Dean then proceeded to crawl into my attic to inspect and look for any other issues, which there were none. Very patient, polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things, and overall very professional! Highly recommend!”
