“I would not recommend Chas Robert. They’ve been out to our home multiple times over the past couple of years for AC issues, including replacing a blower motor (we paid over $500 in labor). Despite repeated visits, they failed to catch a major problem—our system had a second, hidden filter installed in the attic on top of the regular house filters. A different company found it immediately and explained this likely caused our blower to fail again just a year later. Very frustrating that something so significant was missed after multiple service calls. I’d suggest getting a second opinion before trusting their diagnosis.”

“My service technician Joel did an awesome job addressing my issue was here in the hot Arizona heat for three hours replacing Freon lines and taking care of leaky lines and testing everything and let me know exactly what he is doing. He explained everything to me to where I can understand what’s happening and what’s going on I was very happy with the results the house is blowing colder than it was New lol. The work done with the lines running from the compressor condenser to the house is neatly secured that it looks better than when the house was new when it was installed. Awesome job Joel.😁”
