“We needed a full A/C and heating system replaced after hurricane Harvey damaged our unit. We were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Edgar was with the Trane unit we decide on. They were fast with fitting us in for installment, even with this being a busy time with the flooding in most areas. On the day of installation an amazing group of four gentlemen showed up on time and ready to get to work. They were polite and professional, to top it off the care to details was noticed from the start, they went above what we expected to receive.With this being an all day job, we never heard them complain and they always had a smile when we would walk in to check on how it was coming along. Comfort Squad will be our A/C company for life. Update: We had Joseph do are check up, so professional and polite, in and out, didn’t complain about Texas heat just got out there.”

“We called Comfort Squad for an estimate. I was impressed from the the time I made appointment. I immediately received a text informing me of the appointment. I then received another text when Edgar was on his way. Edgar talked with me about the issues with our system and then made his recommendation for the Trane XR17 Heat Pump system for our house. I needed it installed the next day and they were very accommodating with the request. I then received another text when Francisco and Juan were in route. They two men were very polite and they worked together like a well oiled machine. They had the old system out in no time. They wore shoe covers and took them off each time they went outside so they didn’t get the shoe covers dirty and then come back inside with dirty shoe covers. We truly appreciate the effort they made to keep our home clean. Upon completing the installation Francisco went over everything they installed and explained what they did and how system works. They explained the thermostat worked and helped us get it connected to internet so we could program it. I have never been so impressed with a heating and air company.
