“I had a fantastic experience with Laz from COOL IT DOWN Air Conditioning & Heating LLC. Our AC stopped working on a hot day this week, and he was out here the next. Mr. Laz was incredibly professional, and was very respectful of my home, wore shoe covers inside the house, and explained exactly what he was checking. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Replaced the Electronic damper, performed a bypass of the electronic damper and duct work at a fair price. He even stopped by in the morning to ensure the AC unit was functioning properly.
