I had to transfer a pre existing lease over to a different name for change of ownership and the process was seamless. They are always easy to get ahold of and so pleasant and helpful over the phone. I never get redirected to a call center—I always speak with someone local, which is incredibly convenient and reassuring. Their customer service truly stands out. A service man listened to my issue over the phone and offered a simple potential fix based on my description. I tried what he said and it worked, problem solved! “Rude, rude, rude! Jay the owner has zero customer service, incompetent billing department, and scheduling that doesn't exist. I feel bad for the technicians who catch the raw end of the deal when they arrive to a customer's site. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I've taken my business elsewhere as this has been ongoing for almost the entirety of my lease.”
