What Customers Say

Very bad company and very bad service. Called them for a service and the guy said the ice machine is working fine and we asked him how much will this visit cost. He said “I will come back to you guys with a quote”. And he never did. Called them back for another service and for some reason they refused to service my store. So when I asked why they said that we refused to pay them. Why would I call someone to service me when I didn’t even pay them the first time they service me, make it make sense. Why do I need to assume how they payment process work if all Im told is to wait for a quote. They know my location, they know my name and phone number but they just choose to refuse service and disappear. That’s not how you TREAT you costumers and then you expect you to be nice to them when they don’t even care for you but your money.

Very disappointing customer service. I called at 2:25 PM to purchase an ice machine and schedule installation, only to be told the only sales rep had already left—he apparently starts at 6 AM and leaves early. For a business selling commercial equipment, it’s unreasonable to have no one available to help customers during normal business hours. If you’re planning to call, make sure it’s before 2 PM or you won’t get any assistance.

Paul B. was our service tech here at Tony’s Wine Bar and is he phenomenal! He does a great and thorough job. He always explains what he fixed and answers any question that you may have. Thanks Paul!!

Guys did some great work and came out as soon as we called. They have awesome customer service and emergency service. Paul got us up and running here at Gus's Fried Chicken in no time!

They came in to my restaurant Dandelion Cafe same day when we were having some refrigeration issues. Paul Bernal was our tech and he fixed it up for us quickly and very professional. I'd recommend them to any restaurant that's needs the service.
