“Please please please avoid this place, it’s extremely scummy and the employees here are super dishonest. I had my car towed a while ago and one of their employees spoke to me privately claiming that this company was very scammy and we’re gonna waste our money and total my car. The others found out about the rogue employee and told me that she was delusional and that the car was repairable and whatnot and then they fired that girl. Then? A week later? They totaled my car saying it couldn’t be repaired, even though they told me the girl was lying and they were honest people. They also tried to charge extra for having the car stay there even though they explicitly said that wouldn’t happen. My dad screamed at them and THAT was how we had it sorted. The only reason we went with this company in the first place is because my insurance, but if you have a choice for the love of god avoid this company asap. There are plenty of stories of people saying they forge documents, lie about pricing and will try to cut you dry of money. They even deleted their last page because of the bad reviews and started this one instead. Don’t give them your business, disgusting.”

“Absolutely horrible. I did not pick them, but my insurance claim ticket went to them and it was a disaster. Took them over 2 hours to get to my location. You would get an ETA alert saying 10 minutes, then 20 minutes later you would get another one says “ETA 40 minutes”. Rude dispatchers who you could barely understand. Horrible”

“Please do not use this company its a scam. I was stranded on the highway with my kids at night due to a busted tire. They charged me $525 for one brand new tire but delivered a used tire over 6hours later. Staffs where so rude after collecting money, got hung up on multiple times. Please do not use them”

“I called for a wenchout. They never showed after an hour and a half. I repeatedly called to try and get an eta. I was told another 45 min. The told me the cost was 450 dollars and they charged me 480 dollars. This was not a good towing company very unprofessional DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WANT PAYMENT FIRST AND THEN THEY CAN GET TO YOU WHEN THEY CAN.”
