“Extremely pleased with the service provided. Craig notified me by phone when he would be arriving. I had a simple, but urgent problem with my thermostat. He quickly replaced it and double checked that everything worked. Total time took less than an hour. Price for the replacement thermostat seemed high compared to big box stores, but the quality of the replacement did seem superior to the BBS. I will use them again.”

“Update: Ronnie missed a leak on our coils (that 2 other companies missed as well) because they only opened one side of the unit. $1000 in refrigerant + service charge that was "gone" in 21 days. When I called back to say "hey, I still have an issue", I was told that Ronnie (the expert in my units) was out of town, so so they sent someone else out. They sent a very nice man out, Chris, and he threw his hands up quickly saying he didn't have the time to wait for tech services to answer the phone at Trane and that he was already late for another call. Okay....he said he'd call the office while driving to his next call and that they'd get me on the schedule with Ronnie upon return on Monday (8-9 days later). This company was SO GOOD with commmunication that I was surprised that I didn't hear back from the office. So I called the office 2 days after Chris left, and they told me that it was bout 22+ days before Ronnie could get out...to look at a fix on something he'd already worked on. 92+ degrees outside, and the house would cool after being charged with refrigerant. Not impressed. Stars: Both techs were super nice and Ronnie seemed super knowledgable. Chris admitted he was not super familiar (still not sure why they sent him out) with my whole home mini-splits, but was super nice. Original: What a great experience! Same-day service with Ronnie, a senior HVAC tech who really knew his stuff. He explained everything as he worked through a tough system other Houston HVAC companies wouldn’t touch. Communication was excellent—from the first call to the arrival email to the follow-up. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Hopefully I won’t need them soon, but when I do, I know who I’m calling. Highly recommend!”
