“I contacted Deerwood Air Conditioning & Heating for a "free in home estimate" as they advertise and also have a coupon on the site for use. However, when the tech came he presented an invoice for an estimate. I reminded him of their coupon and he got upset and began stating I told the staff I wanted them to fix my AC when I scheduled. I had no idea what the issue was and would not agree to a repair before 1) knowing what the issue is 2) how much it would cost? He left a quote for $3175 (evaporator coil), which I had to decide to order before Friday when the costs would go higher? This company is false advertising and has rude staff and owner. The next day, I called Deerwood AC to inquire about the Ad and the female employee I spoke with, immediately got defensive and said, "we don't want YOUR business", then hung up the phone with NO FURTHER explanation. I called back and a male answered the phone, he identified himself as "John, the owner". I asked for his last name, since we are not on first name basis and he immediately responded, "YOU don't need to know that". The staff and owner are rude and they don't honor their advertisement. It appears to me, Deerwood Air Conditioning & Heating has enough business and they do not need mine as the female clearly stated before she hung up in my face. I do not recommend Deerwood A/C & Heat, as everyone I encountered made it clear they do not value potential customers.”

“I can sum this company up in two words, integrity and honesty. Last night my AC went out and I contacted them first thing this morning. They were at my home within the hour and after some simple conversation they were able to quickly pinpoint the problem. They easily could have lined their pockets buy bait and switch and trying to sell me a whole unit. They gave me realistic expectations and we're honest and upfront. If you are having problems with your AC or your heat units I would definitely give this company a call for the value of the service it was tremendous. It is rather refreshing to find somebody that still has values and ethics and does a good job and charges a fair price.”
