We spent the first night at a hotel, but Jay (Owner) was able to meet us at the house the very next morning and he had two incredibly hard-working young men (Zachary and Mark) start work that same afternoon. A 12-year Warranty on Parts and Labor is pretty fantastic! Jay even stopped by the following day, to personally sign off on the quality of the entire installation. We COULD NOT BE more pleased!”
