“Came home from out of town trip late at night to a very warm house. Made a phone call to ask a technician call me in the morning, the phone number got answered by a live human being who told me they have 24 hour service calls. Within 20 minutes I had a call back arrangements made and the very polite very professional technician, jed Ames, drove about an hour one way at near midnight to come fix my air conditioner. Jed Ames was cheerful, he was pleasant, he was professional he was focused and very knowledgeable. The entire visit was covered under warranty..”

“I cannot say enough good things about Du-West. We were having trouble with our air-conditioning literally on a Sunday night Which was Mother’s Day and we actually got a Phone call back . The next morning they sent Jed Ames to our house and he was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, patient and respectful.
