“Update 06.15.26 40$ and 30 mins. All quoted services were completed by myself. Technician did not tighten half the bolts removed during the “tune up”. Also did not mention the fire hazard in the condensation unit as the capacitor was not strapped in and still in box while installed. This is not the company’s fault as they did not install it but in the future I would recommend bringing this up as there is potential risk in leaving it this way. 90$ for a “tune up” and a sales pitch. Maybe I misunderstood and tune up means visual only from all companies but it seems like for 90$ some simple cleaning at minimum would be involved in an attempt to help system performance as tune up would imply. 1-3pm was discussed on the phone and turned into 1-5pm via text. Tech arrived at 3:30 and departed at 4:30 Tech was nice enough but lacked in communication making the situation somewhat odd and it was very obvious selling more services is a huge push within the company. Maintenance plan offered countless times - which I’m convinced is just 2 visuals and a discount on parts. ( based on the capacitor recommendation parts mark up is egregious ) 20$ part 250 to replace 5 minute job max. 350$ quoted service for: - cleaning coils with a foam only - cleaning blower some disassembly required 250$ quoted service for: - capacitor replacement Issue could not be thoroughly explained. Strongly recommended though Bottom line I don’t plan on having further services performed by this company, Strongly considered refusing payment, and in the end all quoted services will be rectified for less than 40$ and an hours work.”
