“We currently are using them, and they prolong everything. from paperwork to getting back to you. The chance of you getting updates from lawyers is 0, only assistants telling you they will update you when they can. and getting paperwork to your loved one good luck its been 2 weeks and hes only been called once. While seeing other detanees are being deported, they say that all can they do is wait for an attorney to sign off.”

“So far this experience has been horrible the beginning of the process was great . Lack of communication and transparency . Myself , my mother and father went in to office to allow myself and mother access to account to ask questions on behalf of my father pertaining to case, which he authorized . On 5 different occasion we were told we couldn’t even though we were told we were never going to have an issue doing so moving forward . . Not once have we been contacted by attorney even upon request . In the last 2 years we’ve had excuses and no communication. We’ve called in with no answers . We came in with hope and excitement.
