“Get there early if you want parking near by. For anyone needing a copy of a divorce decree its in room 210 on the 2nd floor, marriage licenses are on the 3rd floor. The security is pretty much the same as the tsa. It was a pretty quick in and out, traffic there was the worst part but its houston.”
