About

Egan & Hinson Inc And Assumed Names works out of Houston as an HVAC crew handling air conditioning and heating across the city. The business files its name through local county records and takes on residential plus light commercial jobs where the climate keeps cooling systems under heavy load for most of the year. Houston heat and humidity push equipment hard, so the outfit spends time on calls about units that stop during peak summer or let moisture build up inside older homes and apartments. Crews know the local conditions wear down parts quicker than in milder spots and show up ready to get air moving again without long waits.

Common jobs run from swapping out compressors that fail under constant use to scrubbing coils packed with Gulf Coast dust and fixing duct leaks that let cooled air escape into attics. Technicians also put in new systems when houses need better efficiency against round the clock high temperatures and handle roof units on small buildings plus tight attic work. They carry standard tools and parts to deal with breakdowns from salt air and heavy running, moving job to job to stop problems like overnight loss of cooling. Names like Egbert turn up in feedback for staying on top of fixes while others note quick stops at sites to check what broke and get it running.

Feedback lands at an average level for how fast crews reach the site, how solid the repairs hold up, and how straight they talk about costs and choices. Some customers point out fast answers on urgent calls while others say the price fits normal Houston work without added charges. The mark reflects steady results across many jobs rather than top marks every time, with solid notes on handling the usual wear from local weather. DIRT Score 3.89 from 127 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Get there early if you want parking near by. For anyone needing a copy of a divorce decree its in room 210 on the 2nd floor, marriage licenses are on the 3rd floor. The security is pretty much the same as the tsa. It was a pretty quick in and out, traffic there was the worst part but its houston.

New and very clean. Service was fast and friendly and the blizzard tasted great. The only complaint is the parking lot is very small and hard to get in and out at times

The clerk initially made a mistake but Egbert was very attentive and helpful ! She told me she would take care of it and to give a call back at 2 to check in and everything was complete by then ! Thank you

There should be a one-star rating section for the security check-in. I would advise against bringing a bag into this courthouse. They poke, prod, and fondle your belongings like there's no tomorrow. Even when it's only paper. Everything is considered a weapon with these weirdos. UGH. My 5-star experience is with the folks that work in the Real Property Office. I came here during a weekday, and it was busy. The ladies that worked behind the window were able to get people in and out in a manner of minutes. I spent only 12 minutes in line. The ladies were wonderful and pleasant to interact with. They smiled and joked with me. They were also helpful in answering any questions I had regarding property issues. I absolutely adore their glowing personalities and their eagerness to help.

All in the same place and the same day ,everyone was nice and patient with us (not familiar with what or where to go) Nice ,clean and fresh places. In 5he entrance you have to take off every thing but your clothes practically.
