“Edit: editing to address the reply, the unit I was having Randy look at was the one that wasn't under warranty. I called out the company that installed the new one and they let me know the work was not under warranty (since it was coming from the one they didnt replace). Randy's unwillingness to understand this and leave immediately after arriving speaks volumes to his professionalism and willingness to work with the customer. Original review: This is the second time that Randy comes out to service my house and refuses to do so, for some unexpected reason. The first time he came to my property was before I bought the house. I had him come to do an inspection. There was an electrical discharge from the setup that the previous owner had made. After that, he refused to continue the inspection and I had to get another crew to come out, which delayed the home buying procedure. This time I had him come to take a look at some rusty discharge coming from the units in the attic. When I started telling him that it was installed by another company he refused to do the job and told me "maintenance doesn't pay my bills" I'm sure Randy has valid reasons for not wanting to work on my new house, but I am a homeowner in need of help and did not get any from Randy. Would not recommend unless you have a pristine setup and are willing to buy new equipment from him.”

“GO WITH FLYHVAC! I searched for about a year to find the right HVAC company to replace our entire system + furnace and replace all the ductwork in our 75 yr old home. Randy was my 4th quote (and his price was in range but honest compared to 2 other quotes I had) and once he started talking about the duct work repair and redesign I knew he was the real deal. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and HONESTLY and the work was done 1 day ahead of schedule (quoted 3 days, done in 2). The crew of 6 came in on time each morning, left the house spotless and were efficient and respectful. Randy gave me all the information needed (like what filters to buy, when to change them, etc) to keep this new system running flawlessly.
