“I am beyond disgusted with this firm. After witnessing everything my fiancé has gone through, I would strongly advise no one to let them represent them. My fiancé was injured in April 2023. He underwent surgeries, lost his mobility, and was unable to work. Over the course of two and a half years, the firm repeatedly switched lawyers. The final attorney did not seem to believe in the case at all. Whenever my fiancé asked questions, he never received direct answers—only vague responses and conversations that went in circles. The case was settled on September 8, yet it is now three and a half months later, well beyond the timeframe to receive his settlement. The firm continues to act as if they do not have the funds. Every week we are told the check is “on the way,” yet they refuse to provide a tracking number despite repeated requests. I truly believe the settlement money is sitting in an escrow account earning interest for the firm instead of being released to my fiancé. Today is December 24—Christmas Eve—and our family has been through absolute hardship. We have experienced homelessness, fallen behind on bills, and were unable to celebrate Christmas with our three children. My fiancé has made the firm fully aware of our situation, and they have shown no concern or urgency whatsoever. Don’t walk—run. Do not let this firm represent you.”

“The young associate attorney I was working with was just gone one day. No explanation!! First of all, an associate who had been with a firm for 7 years and hasn't made partner should have been the first red flag!!!I was made to sign a settlement with different defendants listed than those listed in the style of the case despite my repeated concerns. I even called the State Bar to find out where this attorney went... they had NO info on him except maybe an email address? I knew he was incompetent but could have NEVER imagined how incompetent!! Had to figure out their email style and sent am email to one of the partners. He was NOOOO help. What a joke this place is! I worked in the legal field for 20+ years in another lifetime. Unfortunately I didn't know any attorneys any longer to call. I would have been better off going with an ambulance chaser on one of the billboards. Just RUN away as fast as you can. I guess some cases actually get settled for something.”
