“I had the pleasure of speaking with Jonas when it was time to replace the AC units on my house. He is so patient when he talks to customers! I had a bunch of questions and he never got frustrated or tired of answering some of the same questions I had. While I checked with a couple other companies, EMS was the best price with the best products. He explained different options I could take and was very honest with me about what was going on with my old units that were more than 25 years old. While replacing one unit could've sufficed for a summer, I was so confident in his abilities that I decided to replace both units - which was way more affordable than what some other companies quoted me. There was no pressure sales and no fast talking leading to confusion. This company does not inflate their costs like big companies do!
