“GEMSTAR SCRUBS THEIR REVIEWS THAT SAYS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. I have absolutely had it with this labor crew. Between the trash that's been left behind, the careless handling of personal property, and the absolute disregard for those inside the units I cannot emphasize how much I do not recommend this company. It's hard to judge the corporate operation, but when the base level labor crews are this awful you have to think about who hired them and their judgement. They leave their cap cuts and tape pieces wherever they fall, they have been inconsiderate, they have driven like crazy through our parking lot, and they are LOUD. My day sleeper has suffered though this entire project and I pity our neighbor with the baby. They slam things down on the roof and the ladders against the walls. Theres constantly people yelling outside your doors and windows, it's borderline unbearable. The actual work is the bare minimum and nothing but shortcuts. The caulk was still drying because it had rained and with the wood wet they still dd the paint job, which is already peeling and did not stick well, as can be seen by the excessive air holes, not to mention the paint they didnt even strip thats causing the peel to start alteady. The fencing replacement was absolutely pitiful, warped and broken boards that should have been removed are still an eyesore. Even our location manager said "I know they're awful just bear with us." I want to scream at these guys about their total lack of consideration but I honestly feel like they would happily make my days worse.”
