“I had been very satisfied with Global Air since the 1st time that I contacted them, this was 4 years ago, when they installed a new a/c equipment. They come on time and they go thru the whole process very quickly. Today the technician came for maintenance and he explained me step by step what he did and even showed me pictures. The technician also found out that something was wrong with the motor (blower) and immediately addressed that with the company, since I still have warranty, they are not charging any extra.
