“Exceptional service from Marco! Marco was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough during my HVAC inspection. He took the time to carefully evaluate the system, explained everything in clear detail, and confirmed that everything was running perfectly. He was honest, patient, and never tried to upsell anything — just straightforward, knowledgeable service. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine courtesy. “I hardly leave reviews, but I have no choice here. This company is a scam and unethical. I have a large evaporator coil leak that needs replacing. First attempt was done via repair by ACS. Technician was fine, however the leak is so bad, and large (it is audible!) that it broke not even two days later. I called back to have this replaced now, and a second tech name Mike came over who after 1 minute inspection said the evaporator coil needed replaced. However 5 days later I learned the request was made to be repaired - again! I called ACS to discuss this and they have been impossible to get ahold of, hang up, or ignore my calls. This is completely unethical to say in person that a replacement is needed, yet behind close doors say repair is needed to my home warranty. Please run from these scammers!”

“Good service, quick fix. American home shield assigned Advanced comfort solutions to me and I was highly concerned when looking at the reviews. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised when Mike showed up and fixed my issue within 15 minutes of arriving. I’m not sure about the other technicians but Mike was helpful communicative and informative And was very fast to provide a solution. I’m happy To say that I did not get a two star experience, and that my solution was a simple fix, covered completely by the home warranty aside from the deductible. I would trust Mike to service my property again.”

“I have never ever left a bad review but this company is a SCAM! American Homeshield sent them to our home. The AC was not cooling as it should. The tech told us the King valve needed to be replaced and we also needed 17 pounds of freon for a total of $1,700. Of course this did not seem right to me so we called in another company to give a second opinion. None of what Advanced Comfort Solutions said was true. We ended up getting our AC fixed for $400. And by the way, the second company said all our system could take was 4 pounds of freon. Advanced comfort Solutions tried to charged us for 17 pounds of freon and replace the King valve that did not need replacing. Don't EVER trust this company. In addition to this company doing us dirty, the tech turned the A/C units off from the outside so we were left with no A/C running in our house. Thankfully the second company we called was able to come and fix the problem. I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. The 1 star is only because you have to leave at least 1 star. Advanced Comfort Solutions is a dishonest company. I can verify what so many others have already stated.”

“They had to come out a few times to fix my ac (American Home Shield). I ended up paying $2200 for a new furnace. They left the drain clogged. The tray is rusting. Thank God I had my ducts cleaned and the technician fixed this sloppy work. Never use them. I plan to cancel my AHS policy as well.”
