“I hired them to replace my AC unit, it was old. They installed a new unit. I've had to have them back in 3 months due to a freon leak. They said it was fixed... they've had to come back every 6 to 8 months for a few years now because of a freon leak that I was billed for... over and over again. Then they said someone stealing the freon. What a rip off. I recently had it looked at and the new company found the leak within 10 minutes. Also, they billed me for cleaning out algae, the unit was full of algae.”

“Absolute Joke of a company. American Home Shield Sent them out. The Technician spent less than 5 minutes in our house. They Wrote that there was mold in our stainless steel dishwasher (not possible it's stainless) Also said we were hoarders in the service report. Not true I do have 4 kids sorry for the clutter.... Due to this American Home Shield Declined our claim. We had American Home Shield send another company for a second opinion. Guess what none of those issues....I think they saw I had a high-end dishwasher. It has WIFI and they diddnt wanna work on it Totally unprofessional......... I added a picture where is this mold?”
